Please be aware that we are located ”Rural / Remote” going by Aust Post and other Couriers.

Some items take a minimum 3weeks to get to us.
please keep this in mind when ordering. We ask for a minimum of 6 Weeks for Trophies and Badges to insure we allow enough time to design, test/sample and for ordered Stock to Arrive. The more time you allow the better the outcome and we can guarantee delivery before the event.

If your items arrives damaged please contact us within 48hours of receiving your order with your proof of purchase, photos of the damage items and the packaging on opening.

We will do our best to fix or replace the item if we deem it to be in unacceptable condition.

Please ensure any Wording or Names are spelt correctly, if you provide us with the incorrect information or spelling it is not a reason for a refund.

We do not accept a change of mind as a reason for return due to all items being customised and made to order.
